Newbauer. Normally companies bring in consultants to bring in new business or to find merger candidates. It is interesting to see that Mark B. Newbauer was previously involved with VGTel, Inc.- (VGTL) and there was a lot of hype about a reverse merger of VGtel into one of Newbauers compananies including Mike the pike productions and all of its intellectual property and all the assets and intellectual property would be consolidated and merged into a new company called Arowana Media Holdings, Inc. (see vgtel ihub page)"VGTel, Inc.- (VGTL) Name change pending to "Arowana Media Holdings"",. But at some point it all fell apart when VGTEL "Merges With Primary Care Physician Practice acquisition and management company, Strategic Healthcare Alliances, LLC"...and so naturally "Pursuant to the Acquisition and Merger Agreement, a new class of preferred shares will be issued by VGTeL Inc. So now lets speculate as to what Mark B. Newbauer is trying to do with all his intellectual property that he can't monetize on because he has no viable ticker symbol as his deal with VGTel fell apart and his mike the pike ticker is no longer trading....
