At the time IBX was formed, MHTX held about 32% or 64 mil shares. Since then the number of IBX shares publicly issued has nearly quadrupled. That statement is claiming that MHTX still holds at least over 50 million shares. Last time I asked, about 2 months back Manny, on volume they still owned he claimed 58.5 million was the amount. At that time I figured the IBX stock price would need to hit almost .21 cents per share to break even again. They initially publicly issued them at .20 cents per share.
