Not sure how to inter-prate this release looked up IBX share structure it is almost like MHTX Know MHTX already owned I think was 49% of IBX? If they bought 50 Mil more does that make them have controlling interest. Also what does the 10 year R&D do for MHTX? I could be wrong about this as I didn't have time to research my memory yet.
