a lot of big reverses are to allow for a reverse merger in to a real company leaving existing shareholders either reversed out or holding peanuts of the shell.

a r/s followed by a f/s with no round up gets rid of most shareholders. I never try and think too much about as brain is quite small so only can handle a few thoughts a day
