The case was in fact DISMISSED. Commission is to rule on the Petition for Review now. If the deny the PFR it will render the Judges ruling upheld and Final Decision is put out. If they allow the Petition more court hearings like an appeals process.
It can be confusing to some but that is where we are at. Petition For Review was stamped as received Dec 3 2019 by the SEC Office Of The Secretary's.
