Wet signed as in a copy of a document signed using a pen?
No they were all typed signatures for the bogus 8Ks.
And as far as I recall any local SOS filings were just typed too. At least the ones that could be publicly viewed online.
But as I mentioned in the post, most of the Issuers had the old control people come back and say their names were forged or used fraudulently (like with BLLB, ECMH, UITA, and SMEV).
The only two that didn't get disputed were DIGI and MEDH which Miller continued to use. I'm sure DIGI was a hijacking - it just never got contested by the old owners. MEDH he may have acquired legitimately. The old owners had plenty of opportunity to object but never did. But that's as far as the legitimacy goes. He's basically run it like a pump & dump since then.
I'm very sure Miller's group was also behind the hijacking/manipulations of TRSI, SIMC, and SWVI because of some commonalities with the others that did bear his name.
And I'm very sure that Miller played a big role in assisting Lance Quartieri and Dennis Bolbat with the hijackings and subsequent pumping of LEAS and BBDA.
I never went back to see what, if anything, that BLLB, ECMH, UITA, SMEV, DIGI, and MEDH had in common years ago when they were previously SEC filers.
If they did have a common insider, even a toxic lender like NIR Group, then that could be a clue about who played a role in submitting the fraudulent 8K filings for Miller for all of those issuers.
Let me know if you figure anything like that out.
