This deal was sooooo high profile that it dawned on me. This would be an IDEAL candidate for the shorting criminals. They ride the coatails of 2 bit clown promoters like Urban who they know will get the blame when deals implode. They short with impunity. Yes I knew Dale Hoffman .. ex diamond-driller - 2 bit promoter. Met him in Eugene Sirianni's home one Sunday.
