The reality is that it is not CWBHF, but CVSI, who has cash issues. How could anyone say otherwise?

Why is CVSI offering $100mil worth of shares, when the whole company is only worth $60mil?

That's a ~200mil share offering with a 190mil AS and 100+mil OS.

Just sell the whole company already.
