You just don't get it either. No on the Sask. stuff. The mining people there despise Urban Casavant and he is treated like the leper that he is. He's a recognized con man. Re short selling and not declaring it .. I've seen it on a major scale personally myself so I know that it was done and I have no reason to believe that it ever stopped in the markets. It is close to the Perfect Crime.
