These are lengthy reads, but of particular interest is the historical massive price declines of companies associated with Lincoln Park Capital, and notwithstanding the stipulation to not "short-sell", these articles demonstrate just how these "SPAs" do effectively enable LPC to short the stock.

Why did Elite go this route? Has the death spiral begun?
