Because traditional money wont touch Elite, thats why Elite opts to take very dilutive capital that will also impact its share price negatively.

Why? Because an effective S-3 registration statement effectively allows LPC to act as a conduit for Elite to sell shares into the ELTP market to raise capital

Why did Elite go this route? Has the death spiral begun?
