Wait, read the lines slowly! The 211 is already in the hands of FINRA. It was filed weeks ago! Now FINRA in their luxurious way of working at their pace is getting through many filings and SOLI's 211 from the MM is part of that pile of filings! I can't explain it any simplier than that! We wait on FINRA! NO one can do anything to speed up FINRA, not even the MM who filed the 211 nor the company itself!
