Actually this is suspension round number 2 for SOLI. Does the three strikes your out rule apply to public companies as well as criminals and baseball?
To the best of my knowledge there currently is only one market maker that files form 211s and its the same one that filed a 211 for SOLI last year.
Mind you that MM is under investigation from FINRA for monkey business.
MMs are not allowed to receive compensation from the company for Form 211 filings costs either.
