Every investor should should know that John C. Kirkland is also a serial scammer.

From Kirkland's LinkedIn profile we find:

Fund Manager Discover Growth Fund 2014 - Present 6 yrs 4 mos Virgin Islands (U.S.)

Managing Director IronRidge Global Partners 2011 - 2014

Now the bad news keeps mounting.

First, it wasn't the same David Sims that the SEC filed a complaint against him - and then it is John C. Kirkland was the Managing Director of Discover Growth Fund - but he has a worse record than Sims.

The point is that OWCP only becomes involved with serial scammers like Friedland/Sims/Kirkland.

There isn't a defense for this reckless behavior.
