As the executive management has placed significant moneys, time and efforts to move in this CBD & Cannabis direction, I believe that we will be surprised once more details emerge.
No new entity would be merging without wanting to take advantage of the significant NOL. So we will need to wait for the next PR to see what we own. The stock is not dropping significantly as of 3:55PM and that says something.
