Every time UC puts out a PR does that extend the statute of limitations on when he could be charged with a crime or when a shareholder could sue him?

Now there's a provocative thought!! Though my bet is the clock started ticking at revocation. i think the court would say that the fraud should have been evident to everyone at that point.

on the other hand, a good lawyer may be able to show that a reasonable person had every reason to withhold judgment because of the cert pull, etc.

it would be interesting to hear what jarta had to say on this matter.
