Jay Rutherford is suing Urbie and the company. The people Urbie sued in the "Four Corners" case are counterclaiming.

Far as anyone knows, the Entourage shares are CMKX's only asset. So we can assume that these people, and perhaps other creditors--face it, Urbie stiffed everyone but his lawyers--will want a piece of the pie.
