Not sure if this was posted before but I think I found the targeted company from the Dec. 24, 2019 PR. The company is called Venture Academy and they have a 3 treatment centers in Canada. In the PR they reference "This is a company and owner that we are familiar with and first attempted to acquire in 2014". I went onto the SEC website and found the 8k from 2014. See below.
