I get it. Same here that '53 was
my Dad's car for work. My Mom had the good one. But my Dad was in a car pool and he only drove it once a week. When I got my license I could drive it as long as I told them where i was going. My parents both worked and they didn't know I was driving it since I as 14. Living out in the country was fun. Those were the days. Me and some class mates used to race our tractors in the summer when our parents were at work. The Minneapolis-Moline always won.
