if F and F - with their advisors - raises capital

why should we care what happens to FHFA - their death would only mean their disappearance AFTER we have our capital ?

I am not forecasting a fast capital raise - but I do not understand why a kill FHFA is bad for F and F if we see steps down the road of a defined capital burden and # of shares (to be added to ours)
