It certainly is!

Great job by both you and 54specs on presenting both sides of the argument without the kind of extraneous garbage we seen so often elsewhere.
As everyone should know by now I fall into the "it's not likely to go anwhere" camp. I see no real evidence that management is any more capable than it was a year ago or three years ago for that matter. I do believe that the present level of market cap will prevent serious price appreciation. It would take nationwide placement and corresponding revenues to move the stock price with the current shares outstanding. Alas, the company can only dream about that kind of distribution.
TG has proven time and time again that he will do anything to keep AVBC alive. To keep the hope alive. Once again it looks like the path of least resistance will be to RS the stock. The preferred shares are protected from such an event, so it won't harm the company structure. I doubt he will wait for any particular good news before the RS. Most likely it will be a repeat of the last time. Mid November RS of at least 5 to 1, maybe even 8 to 1. Followed by the end of the year tax loss sell off back down to current price levels. If the stock does get to sub ten cents after an RS...I would be a buyer. In January 99, it bottomed at .12, by April it was over a dollar and 10 months later it was flirting with 2 dollars. I'll be waiting and watching...While an RS won't be pleasant for current shareholders...those smart enough to get out now and buy back in after the RS may be able to smile when they hear AVBC and TG mentioned in the future.
