SEC.gov shows two Muddy Waters entities: Muddy Waters Capital Global Opportunities Fund LP of California, and Muddy Waters Capital Global Opportunities Fund, Ltd of the Cayman Islands. They also have their research company, https://www.muddywatersresearch.com/

MW and Carson Block have worked to garner tons of media attention, but I haven't found journalism that digs into their operations, finances and overall success numbers. Maybe I need to research it their way, which is to wire some SF bums with cameras to record the comings and goings.

Generally, I admire their methods.
