Where have you been? Proof of accounting irregularities were provided to the SEC by a whistle-blower. The SEC opened an investigation. Within months, the Zion Oil accounting firm went out the door. A member of Zion Oil's Board of Directors went out the door. And two CEOs went out the door. And if you look at what's happening now, John Brown is slowly being edged out of his leadership role at Zion Oil.

And, of course, the SEC investigation is continuing.

Zion Oil hired 3 lawyers in senior management since the SEC investigation started, and put a lawyer in charge as president of the company. All this for a reason.

But you can spin it any which way you want, that's just old news to most of us. Not sure why you would bring that up.
