I appreciate the answer. You are the neurologist, and I am not.

But isn't donepezil an enzyme inhibitor, and 2-73 a Sigma1R agonist? Granted, they both act on the same receptor, but is that really the same kind of mechanism? Wouldn't Anavex say they are using a different class of drug?
