I’d say these things always take longer than what is expected. My strong inclination is that they are trying to get approval for the project at twice the size, 160mw now, based on what the news releases have suggested. Have some dry powder ready to buy more, in case the next NR takes a couple more weeks. It could fill that tiny gap at the 1.50 ish level.
