Before the end of November sage ranch will be approved and the housing development will get the go ahead should ad 3-4 dollars to stock price in my opinion. The power development in PR should be okayed by then also I hope another 10 dollars maybe . Always hopeful for the most money

I should have given you a clearer heads up... the ceo posts on stockhouse.com. Would imagine there will be a NR soon, hopefully a halt to the stock to get everyone up to speed. The FOMB still needs to approve but it’s a done deal and GRB was given the only solar project to proceed. Best of luck..

I think some news will be sooner than later. Captiva has that nice door into the mexican medical MJ. I think that will be more important than the construction deal...Gebrf will announce the final aproval for the power plant plant and with the nice float, it is headed to the big time dance. I do believe you are right about losing some share price if we don't hear something soon...Bo

I think we need news on GEBRF soon or investors will get anxious and lose the faith. But the CEO sure seems confident taking the steps to uplist the stock. I like Captiva Verde a lot but so many good stocks to pick from right now. Both stocks should get a lot of good news in the next 6 months.

I hope it doesn't retrace that far. There is something going on...Both GEBRF & it's little sister Company, CPIVF-BOTH stopped trading for a bit around last Thursday/Friday. They both had the same news and the CEO seemed real happy for both companies. The stock trailed off to current price but I am sure that it won't stay down this coming week. Wish I knew why they stopped. That little CPIVF is going up this week regardless. What are your thoughts?...Bo

I’d say these things always take longer than what is expected. My strong inclination is that they are trying to get approval for the project at twice the size, 160mw now, based on what the news releases have suggested. Have some dry powder ready to buy more, in case the next NR takes a couple more weeks. It could fill that tiny gap at the 1.50 ish level.

There is a lot of profit taking going on but I get to add at a better price. I am waiting for the company to address the market STOP that ruined a perfectly good run. It is usually something benign or just plain pointless. Still need another stock holder, with real good computer skills to help share news and other articles addressing this stock.
