SLGD agree probably a decent deal. The bank terms were not onerous although they don't suggest the bank considers this a home run. I'm assuming the revenues are decent on this one as they have 1.2 million in inventory. I assume this stuff turns quickly at least maybe a couple times a quarter so you could be talking about 10 million incremental on the top line.

Probably a decent chance it pushes above 2 from here. They did have a number of what sounded like 1 time expenses last quarter.
