Agreed, details are scarce. $9M is a significant amount of money to these guys, so I would bet they got a good deal to pull that trigger. The terms on the debt agreements seemed a little high, but not outrageous, suggesting the bank's DD can be viewed as an endorsement of sorts.

One things for sure, the stock would have doubled on this acquisition if it traded on Naz and the daytraders started working it...volume now less than 2000 shares!
