In my county direct contacts of those that test positive and yet still asymptomatic are able to be tested. That is a big improvement in testing where you had to be sick enough to be admitted before you get tested 2 months ago. There is a lot of personal responsibility in the current approach in notifying people that were potentially exposed to someone who test positive. Also most people are starting to wear masks even where you can social distance and restaurants are closing when one of their employees test positive but I doubt the latter happens often enough for small operators that are already financially strapped.
