For what it's worth, I agree with you. Data lock in this case is another hole shot through the bear rug arguments and actually sets in motion a time line that big investors can have some influence on if NWBO does not move in accordance to the understanding promoted by their own guidance. Once the ball is in NWBO's hands they will be pressured and they know it. This is the big perceived advantage for investors in this particular case because before this, NWBO could claim that not everything was in their control. Once they have the results that all changes for them, potential partners and investors. There is also a whole slew of other non directly related updates that NWBO might be willing to share when data lock is announced and they prepare for a public top line announcement depending on circumstances.
