Why would you think that? Data lock doesn't provide anything else you don't already know. GLTA

With any other bio tech that would be the case I agree.
For example, last Friday Anavex confirmed data lock for their Parkinson trial and nothing happened with the SP.

However, IMO with NWBO investors have kept a very healthy skepticism toward management. So many NWBO announcements turned out to be fake news.
I do think that many investors really believe the trial data will be more than sufficient with only management so far standing in its way to get it PRed. If data is locked it means that they finally have been able to get all data in the computer aka scrubbed (which they said they were doing 2 years ago already) and the L trial really 100% finally after 20 years have come to end bo more going back no more excuses. That will give new investors the assurance that TLD is coming. IMO
