Not only not clear, but patent nonsense. And you're a f'ing fool to be expecting an economic recovery by 11/3. That ship has sailed.

It IS clear however that the recent actions by the governors of FL, TX and GA to throttle back their too early openings are an acknowledgement that the Dems were right and they were wrong.
