Here's the judge's order, verbatim

ORDER. All of the pending motions are suitable for resolution on the papers, Civil L.R. 7-1(b), and the June 25, 2020 motions hearing is vacated. Defendants' motion to set aside default 31 is granted in favor of resolving the case on the merits. Plaintiffs' motion for default judgment 29 is denied. Defendants' motions for sanctions 28 32 are denied for lack of good cause. Defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction 27 is taken under submission, and a written decision will issue. The case is stayed pending resolution of that motion, and the case management conference that was set for June 25, 2020, is also vacated. Signed by Judge James Donato on 6/24/2020

Defendants moved in 28 and 32 to have the case dismissed because of lack of service, and because of the failure to disclose they were MRBs. Those motions were denied for lack of good cause
