This actually suggests to me that real progress is being made on actually advancing the trial, but reasonably they needed to set aside expenses for contract manufacturing at this time. When it is actually ready to start, clearly they already have that ready to go and can start the spigot in terms of dollars. It’s just prudent management to do that. Things are not linear. That shorts are focused on making this seem bad just oozes desperation on their part.
