These are the same qualified investors that sold 60 million shares from warrant conversions. Many of them are at the limits of stock ownership and would have to sell.

The better question would be at what price will they sell at?

I'm guessing it will be in the $1 to $1.50 range.

They filed to sell the shares at no more than $2/share, when the shares were trading near $4.

The registration filing for the new 65+ million shares should be out Friday. That is when we will know what they will be selling at.

The new share structure should also be in the filing.
