Dude if the do half @15 fantastic for us and politically great

Unfortunately, the market will not support this and that's the most important aspect of the capital raise.

Who in their right mind would buy something at $15 when they can get it in the open market at $2? Unless you're assuming a 7:1 Reverse Split.
