because MSFT/Google havent yet acquired $SSFT it means that $SSFT "ain't all that"? That is an illogical statement. Especially considering they just signed contracts with them (as well as $FIS).

Is MSFT "not all that" because they haven't been acquired by $GOOGL?

For all we know they offered to buy $SSFT and the offer was declined, or, they are currently in negotiations to buy, or, are already in the process of buying them out. It's not like these things happen overnight.
