Funny how the specifics of that statement regarding Bozo Berman do not align with reality. Bozo Berman continued to engage TAUG and its CEO long after the departure. In fact, Bozo berman, for some odd reason even interjected himself into the settlement discussions of Tauriga even though he had absolutely nothing to do with the case. He actually attended a settlement conference with the same attorney that was representing the auditing firm and now is representing DECN. Berman recently recommended TAUG's CEO on Alignable LOL

I have all those past texts and emails, even the ones Bozo Berman's friend stated he was suing us for based on his absurd claim of Director confidentiality.

Berman has stayed in contact, and as I posted earlier even offered cheap shares to the CEO..LOL

He also recently tried tp weasel into TAUG again. I guess his predictions about AYTU and TAUG being in the crosshairs of the SEC was more BS.
