1st Floor: 3 office suites. They are building out one for use by Covid Clear

2nd and 3rd Floors: Contain a 60 bed Substance treatment facility

This pretty much confirms that the acquisition is going to be closed. He also confirmed that business was booming, especially given recent rise in FL COVID cases.


3.6 million EBITDA treatment center under GRST. Shoot to 90 million market cap here we come.
