That is true. I remember BSB strategy is, if it is still true, to sell 1/3 a day after TLD, to sell 1/3 one week after TLD, and finally to keep the remaining 1/3 to run to whatever they may be. Yes he bought tons of NWBO shares to average down when the share prices were below 20 cents most likely prior to May 2018.

Even though he hated averaging down and claimed it was like an amateurish moment, he didn't deny that due to the averaging down his NWBO average share price was very low. I bet at $3, he would probably have a handsome profit already, not just a break even.
