I am surprised he hasn't fired Espers and Milley yet.

That surprises me, too. Could he actually be afraid no one would volunteer to replace them? Or is he at least afraid firing them would be a bridge too far for his Congressional supporters?

Or is he just waiting, coming to a slow boil?
