Agree LP won't drag this time. TLD could all happen by July as she told at the ASM. The way things are moved by the Company in the last few weeks since the ASM 2020, makes me feel something is definitely happening. The last move by the Company this past Friday in an SEC release is not a deadline to adhere if warrant exercising is something an ongoing thing. But why did they release it? I think they are going to release data lock news this coming week as promised. I think they have a Plan. Ever since Duffy went back to MRK, unless they are confident about something how could LP wanted us to attend the ASM from all over the world expecting an exciting and interesting news? And ever since Duffy left, we can see some concrete steps are being taken and things are executed one by one at the Company's own speed without spilling the beans like suspending the warrants, announcing tentative dates for data lock and unblinding, switching CFO title, and who sensed all these confident moves other than our Andy? Shorts are very nervous that what Andy is predicting might just very well be happening as they lose each day closer to the deal. Deal? yea, deal that is something to do with MRK, imo.
