Thanks Joe Bob. I agree with you on WIN.

I had a look at RTN. I don't know anything about the fundamentals, or why it is behaving so poorly. However, it is putting in some what of a base.

I think one should be careful of what could be a Head and Shoulders forming, best viewed on a monthly chart. Watch that neckline/uptrend line for what I think would be a perfect opportuntity to go long. If the line failed, its a stop-out, if not, its probably a long term hold.

Currently, on the same monthly chart, the stock seems to be hitting an uptrend off of the sub-$20 lows right now. Again, a good place to roll the dice.

RTN, as a company, is probably a nice hold at the right price. Have at look at these various timeframes I mentioned with an OBV study, and you will see how the OBV is the lowest it has been in a long time. To me, that may suggest the trendline supports may fail, and big money is bailing out. Still might be worth a try, as the stop-outs are so clear.

Its got a possibilty, and I'm gonna watch it for a while here. Thanks for pointing it out.
