gtober, I looked at WIN the first time it dipped into the 9's and almost played the inevitable bounce/short covering rally, but decided it was not a good value once you took into account a "poor management" discount. I haven't followed them since then. They seem to be the weakest grocer while Walmart, Target, etc. are expanding into the space. In such a situation, I would expect the weakest competitors to fail. I think they could be a bankruptcy candidate eventually, unless someone like KR buys them first or they really clean house.

I am generally interested in buying extreme oversold, though. Right now I have my eye on RTN, what do you think?
