From my stand point, their is no way any business owner would agree to a deal like that if they did not sign a NDA to take a look at the business financials. Of course a NDA is a Non-Disclosure and that would not be disclosed by the company. But just thinking about it, no business owner would have agreed without having a look into the financials which would require a NDA.
