Disclosure:

I have been hired by USSE as a consultant, for 100,000 restricted (for 2 years) shares as a consulting fee.

This is an excerpt from the actual consulting agreement, and specifies my contractual responsibilities with USSE:

a. Identifying and presenting Client with prospective business entities to enter into advantageous partnerships with Client including, but not exclusive to, strategic marketing and sales alliances, joint-ventures and/or mergers;
b. Advise Client on product or corporate promotion and advertising;
c. Advise Client on matters pertaining to business development, strategy or compensation;
d. Promote Client’s business using Consultant’s business network, and networking skills, and;
e. Otherwise provide Client on an as needed basis with critical evaluation and collaboration regarding Client’s business plans.

I am sure this will start some wild speculation/discussion among some of you, but this does not alter my original enthusiasm for this company, and has no effect on how I post on IHub boards.

All my posts have been, and will continue to be truthful and honest. I see my mission as getting the knowledge about USSE to as many people as possible, and doing whatever I can to make USSE succeed, because I have ALWAYS felt that this company is the answer to the world's energy needs.

I also want to make a profit on the stock I have actually bought. I am hoping this will come to pass shortly, both for me and for all of the shareholders of USSE.
