I am not quite sure, but I think I agree. Just what would a soft-lock gain them. To move forward they still need to go through hard-lock at some point thereafter no matter what, so what have they gained? Just another delay - but hopefully just a short one. Can someone explain what they might gain by declaring a soft-lock??
