Can you clarify for me when the annual Report and 2020 quarterly deadlines are? I was under the impression that the annual report deadline was Friday 5/29/20

Good morning James,

The extension relief ended 5/29.

We are now officially late with our filing. I cannot express the amount of disgust I have with our auditors for not getting their audit done with the two extensions allowed by the SEC. We turned over our financials to them at the end of February but COVID-19 has really affected their ability to process the audit quickly and timely. But at the end of the day they had a job to do and with adequate support from us they could not finish in the timeframe allowed. So we will be looking for new auditors shortly and I expect to move to a new firm before Q3 10Q is due. All that said I do expect them to finish up their work this morning and we should be able to file this afternoon or by tomorrow.
