She'd be a strong pick. And evidently she's also got a strong base in central Florida. I think the choice might come down to her and Kamala Harris.

As you say, people should by now be accustomed to leaders who can't hold a train of thought. But I don't really think that's true of Biden. He has a problem with public speaking, and always has, because of his stammer. But he's far from stupid.
