Let me play the devil's advocate for a second. If you notice how many time in their P's, K's and Q's they emphasize that they're blinded. . I found that strange as one would assume they are, even though they may have more information than us. Is it the intent to avoid giving the appearance of timing and control of releasing "good news" so they just put on their bland face and go with their fund raising activities on their monthly or whatever schedule regardless of the prevailing share price.

We already know that the max dilution is 1.2B shares and they still have $139M left of the shelf so should not be surprised even though its disappointing. If we get positive TLD in a month or so, any short term price retracement is just a blip in the bigger scheme of things.

Perhaps it looks like LP doesn't care for shareholders and maybe she doesn't and will run roughshod over just to get to the finish line and when she gets that prize so will we.
